Our History

Hale Center Insider is an independent publication relaunched in March 2025 by John Green. The Hale Center Insider was created by Terry and Sally Wright. It operated for many years and eventually, due to other time constraints and callings, it was no longer something they had time to focus on. I went and asked Terry if they still held the domain name of the Hale Center Insider, and what I was wanting to do. It had expired, so I was able to reregister the domain — and that brings us to this new website.

I decided to bring the Hale Center Insider back to life. It was after I was informed someone I knew had passed away and once again I found out a week after the funeral. That was when I decided to bring back the Insider.

So journey with me as I attempt to bring local Hale Center news to the HCI website so that current residents and past residents can keep up with what is happening in Hale Center.
